The Table: Proxy List table provides a comprehensive overview of all proxy records in the system.

Proxy List Table Column Headers#
Column: Proxy Id - Unique identifier for the proxy voting record.
Column: CIT Corporation - Corporation associated with this proxy voting event.
Column: Title - Title of the proxy voting event or meeting.
Column: Total Shares - Total number of shares eligible to vote.
Column: Total Voted Shares - Number of shares that have been voted.
Column: Quorum - Required percentage of votes for the meeting to be valid.
Column: Record Date - Date determining shareholder eligibility to vote.
Column: Closing Date - Deadline for submitting votes.
Column: Status - Current status of the proxy (Open/Closed).
Column: Action - Available actions for managing the proxy record.
