Issuer Balance Report Data

The Section: Issuer Balance Report is a PDF export report that displays financial data for each offering year, including share sales, investment amounts, and calculated gains.

Note

This report does not display data on screen. After selecting filters, Action: click the Action: Download in PDF button to generate and download the report.

PDF Report Contents

The downloaded PDF report includes the following data fields for each offering year:

• Column: Offering Year - Calendar year when the investment offering was made available.

• Column: Price Per Share - Current price per share for the offering.

• Column: Total Shares Sold - Total number of shares sold in the offering.

• Column: Total Amount Invested - Sum of all investments received for this offering year.

• Column: Total Outstanding Shares - Number of shares currently held by active investors.

• Column: Total Gain Amount - Total gains realized from the offering.
